Logistics at Palexpo are being developed to optimise your build up and dismantling times and guarantee the smoothest possible experience on site.

This means some events require prior notice of vehicle arrival and reservation of fixed arrival time slots, as well as reservation of services required (unloading, handling of your empties, requirements for handling on stand, notification of customs documents to be processed by ExpoLog, etc.), all made possible using our online booking platform

This covers the process from start to finish.

The procedure to follow based on the types of event

This applies to you if you are taking part in :

  • GIMS 2024: Vehicle booking opened from Jan. 15th 2024
  • Canso Airspace World 2024: Vehicle booking opened from Feb. 19th 2024
  • Ebace 2024: Vehicle booking opened from Apr. 29th 2024

What do you need to do ?

If you are attending one of the above-mentioned exhibitions, you will have to go through our booking platform to perform the following steps:


  • Notification of goods movement (delivery or pick-up)
  • Book an arrival time slot
  • Order all the required services (unloading, forklift, handling of your empties, crane operation, etc.)
  • Notification of your customs documents
  • Providing billing information
  • And all your logistics procedures

This will guarantee you a smooth process as soon as you arrive and will enable you to monitor the activities we carry out for you
